Scale challenges

Traffic spikes follow broadcast schedules, which meant capacity planning around 10× baseline. Response caching is keyed on route + versioned payload hash; a scheduled warmer pre-computes hot resources minutes before each broadcast window.

Testing culture

Every endpoint has integration tests covering auth, pagination, error shapes and rate limiting. Breaking changes fail CI before review — the contract suite has caught every regression since it landed.
